We accept returns on unopened, brand-new items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached and must not have been opened, used, or damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sealed booster packs or boxes if they have been opened.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@piratecardshop.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly replace defective items or send the correct item at no additional charge. All exchanged items must be returned in their original condition.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. Take photos of the damage and include them in your email to support@piratecardshop.com. We will resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
