Would you give me a discount if I ordered in bulk?
Yes, patiently. For some things, we would give discounts. For instance, if you purchased more than 12 boxes, we used to give you a 15% off voucher. Discounts are not available for standard boxes or single cards.
Is it possible for you to declare my package's value lower in order to avoid taxes?
No, we are unable to. It is your responsibility to pay taxes.
Would you be able to reimburse the difference if the price at which I placed my order drops?
No, we were unable to. You bear both the risk and the reward of price movement.
Why did I get an email asking for my identification?
